Paul (Pablo) Frey

It is with deep regret that we inform you of Paul Frey’s passing.  He passed away February 14th at 6 pm at IHC hospital in Salt Lake City, Utah with his friends and family around him. He had kidney and liver failure. At 5 pm he was able to say “goodbye everyone” and then passed away an hour later. It is some what fitting that he passed away on the day of love as he was “a lover not a fighter.” 

He worked at Backyards of America for over 18 years selling Sundance Spas.  Most of us in the industry would say he was the best spa salesperson there was. He consistently sold 1 million in spas annually. He was able to do this because of many factors but most noticeably was his charm and sincerity in assisting someone with their spa purchase and always caring for their needs long after the sale. He recognized almost everyone he sold a spa to and always had a personal salutation to offer them. He rarely missed work and was diligent about work ethics and keeping up customer relations. He will be sorely missed not only by our team at Backyards of America but by the many vendors and customers, family and friends.

He was as they say “a stand up guy” and it was a privilege to know him and work with him.

P.S. Any spa manufacture that can figure a way to ship spas to heaven, I would bet there are standing orders as we speak.
